Target 1 : 1.5886 (lower weekly BB, deviation 1)

Target 2 : 1.5953 (weekly MA)

Result :

I changed my target a bit higher, and closed them all at 1.6010. So the result is :

- +277 (Oct 14, 2009; 12.26 system time)

- +219 (Oct 14, 2009; 12.26 system time)

- +282 (Oct 14, 2009; 12.26 system time)

Target 1 : 1.5886 (lower weekly BB, deviation 1)

Target 2 : 1.5953 (weekly MA)

Result :

Prices went back down before reached my target. But I got +5 points in profit for each.

One more short position for today :

SELL GBP / USD at 1.5898 (Oct 7, 2009 04.20 system time)

Target 1 : 1.5850 (lower weekly BB, deviation 2)

Target 2 : 1.5800 (lower weekly BB, deviation 3)

Wasn't my lucky day. But I still got chance to close my sell position with only 10 profits, lol...

Result :

Prices didnt reach my target. I got +10 points in profit.

This is my position for today, I put this since this morning.

SELL GBP / USD at 1.6003 (Oct 1, 2009 03.12 system time)

Target : 1.5893 (red line)

Result :
Profits = +110 points (Oct 02, 2009, time 02.48 system time)

Like I said on my posting yesterday, prices finally broke that resistance zone with a white bullish candle. So I cut my order loss this morning at 1.6702. ( - 233). But that was for my first order. As you know, I had 3 sell positions. Luckuly, I still got chance to close my 2nd and 3rd orders.

This is the risk for I never set my stop loss, so I should be brave to cut loss when I'm sure that I trade against the market. But its my choice, and I'm comfortable with it.

Just as you know, those 3 sell positions having the same size like I usually used when I only have one posisition (so I still have about 1000 points for back up) :

1st order = 50 %
2nd order = 30 %
3rd order = 20 $

So, the entire result was like this :

50 % x -233 = - 116.5
30 % x 6 = 1.8
20 % x 6 = 1.2
________
- 113.5

Wasn't my lucky day... lol

Analysis (10 September)

I still hold my 3 sell positions based on this fact :

Now look at the pictures below, see horisontal line number 1. That resistance zone is quite strong (arround level 1.6588). Its been 3 months and that resistance was only broken one time (look at the arrow, it was on July 31), but then prices went back down quickly. So, I will wait for the sign to decide what I will do.

I will hold my 3 sell positions if the daily candle still move under that resistance area. Because I think, as long as the resistance zone is not broken yet, prices still have chance to get down at arround level 1.6170 (line number 2). Otherwise, if that line is broken by a long bullish candle (see the circle), that means I have to give up. Note that I will only cut them loss (my 3 sell positions) if resistance is broken by a long bullish candle, and then will try to get the best chance to order buy.

Today, I have 3 open position, and all are SELL :
SELL GBP / USD at 1.6469 (Sept 8, 2009 11.12 system time)
SELL GBP / USD at 1.6494 (Sept 8, 2009 11.20 system time)
SELL GBP / USD at 1.6505 (Sept 8, 2009 11.33 system time)

And as usual, haven't put my profit taking target yet.
But see the picture below, that is my plan. If the price goes higher (current price = 1.6500) and break the current high price (current high price = 1.6523) I will use the 1st target (which is arround weekly BB / 120 period at TF H1, deviation 1) and let my 1st sell order to get 0 (zero point). But, if the price is started to go down soon, I will use that 2nd target (arround monthly MA).

I dare to sell because seeing the fact that these few weeks market is bearish (GBPUSD). See the picture below :

And, do these two pictures below look similiar ? This is called Divergence Trading. Lower High on the real chart, and Higher High on Stochastic Oscilator. Hope it works, hehe :D

SELL GBP / USD at 1.6345 (Sept 3, 2009 11.30 system time)
As usual, I haven't set my profit target yet. Will see the movement first until I 'm sure and then will set my profit target after.

I finally set my profit target at arround monthly BB deviation 1, and then left it to go bed. But when I was awake, I found that the price was hard to go down even more. I thought the price still try to reach the monthly MA (aqua line, with red circle). And I never wanted to keep my order too long, especially if I didnt get the best price. As you can see (look at the picture below), soon after I put this order, the price moved up and almost reached the weekly BB deviation 3, so I got my order with loss for a while. I didnt want to take the risk, so I closed my order before the price reached my profit target, with only 23 points. Better than lost wasnt it ? hehe ;)

Result :
Profits = +23 points (Sept 03, 2009, time 22.05 system time)

*note : I close my order before my profit target was reached.

I'm sorry, but my trading was done before I got chance to upload here.
Here, look at this pict :

I planned to close my order arround that level. But now the chart looks like this :

That happened only in a few seconds, so I got more than I expected. I got 79 points today, only in a few minutes.

Result :
Profits = +79 points (Sept 01, 2009, time 11.30 system time)

I put this order since last night (2009.08.27 / 16:33, system time).

Buy GBP / USD at 1.6188 (green line under the arrow)

Reason : the price has already reached lower BB, 120 period (weekly), deviation 3. It was trying to reach the lower level, but too bad, everytime it went down, then the next candle ( TF 1H) would always try to reverse.

Now look, the price is already above the lower BB, 120 period, deviation 1, that means its trying to reach the middle BB (or weekly MA).

I have not set my profit taking yet, but I think the price will try to reach the weekly average line (magenta) before it will go back down. So, lets see what will be happen when the price touchs that weekly MA line, and then maybe I will close my order arround that line.

Update :

Now is 13:01 at system time, and the chart looks like this :

And, since I have to leave my open position for a while, (need to go to visit and old friend), so I think I better set it up now, my profit target. See that red line with an arrow, that is my profit target, which is equal, or on the same level with the weekly MA. Lets wait and see what will be happen tonight.

Result :
Profit +160 points (August 28, 2009, time 14.10 system time)
